STANDARD DELIVERY

Our standard delivery service takes approximately 4 working days from the date your order is confirmed.

Please note that Saturday and Sunday are non-working days and are not included in the delivery timeframe.

For example, an order placed on a working day will be processed according to our delivery schedule, while weekends and UK public holidays may affect the estimated delivery date.

EXPRESS / EMERGENCY DELIVERY

Need your order sooner?

If you require your order urgently, we offer an Express Delivery option with delivery within approximately 2 working days.

Express Delivery is subject to availability and carries an additional delivery charge. The applicable express delivery fee will be communicated or displayed before your order is confirmed.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you require an urgent delivery.

DELIVERY DAYS

Our standard and express delivery timeframes are based on working days only.

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Non-Working Days: Saturday & Sunday

UK public holidays may also affect delivery times.

PAYMENT POLICY

All orders must be paid for in advance.

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Your order will only be processed once the payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges may vary depending on the product and delivery option selected.

  • Selected products may qualify for Free Delivery.

  • Standard delivery charges may apply to other products.

  • Express / Emergency Delivery carries an additional charge.

  • Any applicable delivery charge will be shown or communicated before your order is confirmed.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed during our working days, Monday to Friday.

Once your payment has been confirmed, your order will be prepared for dispatch.

After your order has been dispatched, you may receive delivery or tracking information where available.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will generally be processed on the next working day.

DELIVERY DELAYS

We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe; however, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

  • High-volume periods

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
